Tony Swafford
Tony’s practice is focused on complex litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters. He represents private and publicly held companies, municipalities, and non-profits in litigation involving intellectual property claims, securities and shareholder disputes, white collar criminal defense, unfair competition, class and collective actions, employment and non-compete disputes, and breach of contract claims.

Andrew Bull
A Nashville native, Andrew is proud to represent the community in which he has such close ties. He pursued a degree in accounting at the University of Alabama while competing on the track and cross-country team, before earning his JD at the University of Memphis in 2022. When not in the office, Andrew enjoys searching Middle Tennessee for new places to fly fish and pursue other outdoor activities.
